This coming Friday (Nov. 20th, 2009 at 6pm), there will be a viewing party at VIEWING PARTY FOR STAND UP PADDLE TV. Legends Surf Shop in Carlsbad for the first episode of Stand Up Paddle TV. See how lucky we are. The world's first Stand Up Paddle TV is brought by My Local Lineup and will air every 3rd week of the month on Cable TV, ITV San Diego, channel 16. Times are: Mo 7pm, Fri 6:30pm, Sat 8am, Sun 5pm in all San Diego County, plus Mon-Fri 12am (except North County).

I invite all San Diego SUP'rs to check out my paddles. Go to the Surf Ride shops in north county and take a look at them and see and feel the difference!

Nobody has posted anything here since October. Everyone must be spending quite a bit of time out paddling I guess! I'm hoping to make some new friends to paddle with and learn from. Want to meet at Mission Bay or La Jolla Shores?

I've been having so much fun SUP surfing in South Mission these past few days! Too many fun waves to even count. You bet I'm hooked!

And, ...the water has been so crystal clear, dolphins hangin' out, fish and sting rays everywhere you look,...great vibe in the water too...

life is sweet.

Hey San Diego SUP-folk I just got back from a week in mainland mexico stand up paddling some insane waves- I'll post some photos when I've got a bit more time- hope you all scored some while I was gone- and if you rode your first wave on a SUP- watch out, you're going to be a "lifer" now!

Hi Liz,
? for you...where's the easiest place to launch from to get to Ralph's? I surfed there many moons ago and that was via boat. You said you paddled there from La Playa. Is that somewhere near Shelter Island?
