Glad you liked the second cut of that video- I'm still working on it- would love to have some legit barrel footage.

The camera is about four inches above the "neck" where the shaft becomes the blade. It doesn't bother me at all when I paddle.

Definitely pick one up- I'd love to see what you guys are surfing over there!

just ordering some more t-shirts for sponsors. We got some nice swag but just enough for the paddlers. A couple of shops reneged on us at the last minute. I'll be sending a couple of shirts your way shortly, week or two. They came out sweet. I still owe 3 of the guys t-shirts actually. We were short somehow.

I had to take a break from even thinking about it for awhile. It was all consuming the last month.

You'll have to join us next year. should be a much bigger event. We had a lot of folks interested in joining us the last month but it was too late to be jumping in.

I was hoping to head down there this fall to extend the summer but i've burned on my vacation time. Need to start saving them again for the next Maui trip too.

Bought a Naish 11'6" yesterday from surfing sports. Got out late in the afternoon whe the wind chop was up and went out into the open ocean. Stayed up and got a great stability workout
