Flat as a pancake from shrove tuesday today so i had to content myself with a distance paddle. I say distance paddle but it was only 5 miles and STILL took around 2 hours! 11ft board sitting deep in the water with my excess weight on it!
I'm also wondering if taking my old straight paddle out (no bend in it) was such a good idea. One of these days I will get fit enough to break the 3mph mark easily!
